Charma is another obscure villain of the Legion of Superheroes. She has a hypnotic aura that causes men to fall in love with her and women to hate her. They came up with some weird powers back then.

Heels were from Emma Frost with hands from Aurora. Bottom section of the ponytail was a cast from AvacsLab with the rest of the hair sculpted up. All the gold rings on her torso were also sculpted on. From there, just a full repaint, and done!
