This is DC villain Lex Luthor. I used Marauder inc.'s Agency op figure and painted the shirt purple. The head is from Schleich DC Luthor that come from the 2-pack Luthor vs. Superman.

How are the joints? Do they have that ratcheted system that clicks into place or are they fluid when you move them?

Nope. I removed the jacket, painted the shirt and put the jacket back on. There is some cutting as the jacket have a tab that is glue to the shirt.
