Captain Glory and Major Victory are two names that get used a surprising amount. I think most companies have one of each. Marvel actually has two Captain Glories. Probably a relation, honestly. Might even be the same character. Really tough finding specific info on these guys. All I really know is this guy is a member of the Lethal Legion.

Head was a cast. Not entirely sure from who. Maybe StarWarsGeek. I've had it for a while. Glued it in place, and then sculpted up the emblem. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
