Continuing the run through Legion of Superheroes characters brings us to Pulsar. This guy actually has a bit of a history, and even stuck around for a few years. He claims to be a form of Brainiac, transformed by aliens, and claims to be the father of Brainiac 5.

Head was from Destro, with the headband sculpted on. Fully torso was resculpted, belt was sculpted on, the bands at the end of the gloves, upper legs, and the lower legs, as well. Cape was from Hyperion, with the other half and the gem clasp sculpted up. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
